ABOUT US
INNVEST shpk is a private entity that combines innovative research by bringing together investors and new business ideas for urgent economic challenges in our country with a long-term goal of sustainable growth in our business community and shaping the ecosystem. INNVEST promotes innovative solutions that empower entrepreneurs and investors to create a more dynamic economy throughout Albania and the Western Balkans (WB6) through mentoring, training, campaigns and promotion, support, consulting, and mediation.
INNVEST has three main pillars of success:
- Fostering Entrepreneurship: We help businesses and corporations that become part of our network to innovate from within through dedicated programs, incubators, and accelerators.
- Promoting start-up businesses: We identify, guide, and integrate new and innovative business ideas within our network at different levels of their development.
- Find investments: We develop cross-cutting perspectives by bridging the gap between investment opportunities and start-up businesses. Through various forms, programs, and activities we enable brokerage tools, inside and outside our network, for new business ideas to meet with angelic investors.
MISSION
INNVEST promotes innovative solutions that empower entrepreneurs and investors to create a more dynamic economy throughout Albania and the Western Balkans through mentoring, training, support, consulting, and mediation. INNVEST brings together leading startups, women entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, investors, innovators, and policymakers across the innovation spectrum to address national and regional economic challenges.
VISION
- Empowerment of entrepreneurs and investors to create a more dynamic economy in all potential sectors throughout Albania and the Western Balkans region;
- Promoting innovation and sustainability in the world of business, with a particular emphasis on the importance of technology and digitalization in creating impact and driving success.
- Highlighting the positive impacts and benefits of the initiatives, and demonstrating the leadership and commitment of the organization to sustainability and social responsibility.
- Awareness-raising by utilizing our platforms to educate the target audience on the importance of the sustainability of our projects.
- Creating new bridges between innovative business ideas and financing investment opportunities to improve new business entities by providing better access to new job opportunities and innovative products/services (mediation process);
- Promoting growth, boosting investment, increasing growth and job creation by the private sector, and building markets throughout our country;
- Supporting marginalization groups, women in businesses aiming to bring quality improvements in their lives, investors, development partners, and the public sector identify opportunities and provide unique, impactful, and sustainable solutions
OBJECTIVES
- Construction and consolidation of a network of investors that act as the backbone of promoting innovation within Albania and regional economies.
- Identification and promotion of innovative ideas using mediation tools and techniques within the INNVEST network and beyond.
- Communication / PR / promotion plan with the strategic approach for the project activities (timetable of project awareness raising and communication / promotional activities up to the end of project implementation).
- Engage with the community by introducing new principles and practices to foster the development of an innovative culture.
